Product description

The Internet’s Most Famous Physical Therapists Meet Bob & Brad: Trusted by 5 Million

Our mission is simple: To help 100 million people find real, lasting relief. We put our names on products because we’re guided by three simple truths.

Total Honesty: We only create products we would confidently use ourselves and recommend to our own families.

Real Experience: we’ve spent our careers helping people feel better, so we know what truly works.

Therapist Design: we use our hands-on experience to engineer tools that are safe, effective, and easy to use. Your trust is everything to us.

High-Efficiency Heat & Cold Instant Switching, No Waiting

Traditional packs take time to change temperature.

The ThermArmor Cube uses advanced solid-state elements to switch between heating and cooling in about 3 seconds.

This rapid transition ensures you get a consistent temperature right when you need it, making your daily relaxation routine more efficient and predictable.

Built to Fit Your Body Instant Wrap-Around Coverage

Standard flat packs often slide off or fail to touch the skin on curved areas.

We designed a 45-degree mechanical hinge that allows the device to wrap around your neck, wrist, knee, or ankle.

This flexible structure ensures the temperature is applied evenly across the entire area, providing a secure and comfortable fit during use.

Easy & Direct Operation Instant Mode Adjustments

We kept the controls simple so you can focus on relaxing.

A long-press powers the device on, and dedicated buttons let you easily click through three intensity levels.

Clear light indicators show you exactly which mode is active, giving you instant control over your session without any complicated menus.

The Power of Alternating Temperature Instant Refresh for Tired Muscles

By alternating between warm and cool cycles, this device creates a “temperature pump” effect for your skin and muscles.

This process helps refresh tired areas and release tension after a long day or a workout. It’s a gentle, natural way to help your body feel revitalized using simple physics.

The Sound of High Performance The Necessity of Instant Heat Dissipation

To provide powerful, consistent cooling in a small wireless device, an internal fan is required to move heat away from the core.

You will hear this fan running whenever the cold mode is active—this is a normal and necessary part of how the technology works.

This active cooling system ensures the device stays reliable and performs at its best every time you use it.

TARGETED COMFORT THAT FOLLOWS YOUR CURVES – Make local warmth and cooling easier to position with ThermArmor’s dual plates and 45° adjustable hinges. Shape the angle around your knee, shoulder or elbow, then secure the straps for seated comfort after a walk, workout or long day on your feet. The hinged design lets you adjust plate placement around curved areas. Coverage stays local to the compact plates; this is not a soft wrap that surrounds the entire joint.
UPGRADE YOUR ICE-PACK ROUTINE WITHOUT THE PREP – Enjoy heat, cold and alternating contrast in one reusable electric ice pack, without freezing packs, heating water or managing melting ice. Built for adults who want convenient local comfort at home or away, the cordless design fits downtime after activity and everyday care routines. Cooling mode produces airflow sound as the device releases heat; keep vents clear. Choose the mode that feels right for your session.
THREE TEMPERATURE LEVELS, ONE PERSONAL ROUTINE – Choose 100.4°F, 104°F or 107.6°F warmth, or 59°F, 50°F or 41°F cooling. Contrast mode switches between heat and cold every 3 minutes, so you can enjoy alternating sensations without changing packs. Start at Level 1 and increase gradually as comfortable. This heating and cooling pad provides controlled local temperatures, not frozen-ice contact. Cooling is tested at 68°F ambient; actual temperature varies with surroundings.
FLEXIBLE STRAPS FOR YOUR DAILY COMFORT BREAK – Settle into hands-free use while seated with three included straps measuring 19.7, 29.5 and 43.3 inches, plus a detachable strap bracket for another attachment direction on arms and legs. Select the strap for your body area, adjust the plate angle and fasten at a comfortable tightness without restricting movement. Fit varies with body shape and placement; shoulder use may require adjustment or help from another person.
CORDLESS CONVENIENCE WITH CLEAR SESSION LIMITS – Take a short comfort break without sitting beside an outlet. The 3200mAh rechargeable battery powers cordless use, while a 15-minute automatic shutoff ends each session. Charge fully before first use; allow about 4 hours with a 5V/2A adapter and the included USB-A to USB-C cable. It cannot operate while charging. Runtime depends on mode and temperature level; clothing thickness also affects how strongly warmth or cooling feels.
THOUGHTFUL EVERYDAY CARE FROM BOB AND BRAD – Choose practical comfort for yourself, a parent or a partner from a brand founded by physical therapists. ThermArmor is FSA-HSA Eligible and includes a 2-year limited warranty, combining adjustable local warmth and cooling with reusable convenience. Wear a thin clothing layer between the plates and skin, start low and stop if irritation occurs. Use while awake and follow the manual; it is not a substitute for medical care.
