What’s in this pre-workout and is it really caffeine-free?

Yes, this is a stimulant-free formula. Each serving has 6g L-Citrulline, 5g Creatine Monohydrate, 3.2g Beta Alanine, 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous, and 2g L-Tyrosine. No caffeine, no stimulants.

What’s the benefit of a non-stim pre-workout compared to a regular one?

You get the same pump, strength, and endurance support without the jitters or crash. It’s a good fit if you’re sensitive to caffeine, training at night, or already getting caffeine elsewhere in your day.

How do I take it and when should I drink it?

Mix one scoop with water 20 to 30 minutes before your workout, same timing as a stim-based pre-workout.

Will I feel a tingling sensation from this, and is it normal?

The beta alanine in this formula (3.2g) can cause a mild tingling feeling in some people. It’s normal and not harmful. If you take it daily, you’ll likely notice it less over time.

Is it third-party tested and safe for competing athletes?

Yes, it’s certified by Informed Sport to be free of prohibited substances, made in a quality-controlled environment. Safe for tested athletes and everyday users alike.
