Can I take this for my late-night workouts?

Yes, but only take 1/2 scoop (half a serving) as the high amount of caffeine could disrupt your sleep schedule.

Can I safely add other products like Pump, Pump2, creatine, and EAAs?

All of those can be safely added to Thuper Thavage to maximize your workout and results! We suggest adding more water to the mixture, as more powder makes it thicker.

Can you take this twice a day?

It is recommended that you do not exceed 1 scoop in a 24 hour period as the amount of caffeine in 1 scoop is 400mg and you want to be careful with your caffeine intake.

Can I take more than 1 scoop?

No, this is not recommended due to the high caffeine.

Does this make you tingly/jittery?

If you have a sensitivity to Betaine Anhydrous, yes, you may feel tingly or jittery.
