Product description
The Essential Warm-Up & Recovery Tool!
Why Should You Be Massage Rolling?
Without proper recovery, sore muscles can lose their ability to function, resulting in soreness, fatigue, or even worse, injury.
There are multiple ways to improve muscle recovery from foam rolling, stretching, or applied pressure muscle relief such as massage therapy and trigger point release.
The Travel Stick easily accomplishes both the rolling aspect of muscle recovery, and the applied pressure muscle relief, keeping it a quick and simple part of your day.
Trusted By Professionals
Whether you are stepping up your recovery routine, incorporating it into your warm-ups, recovering from an injury, or trying to ease some tension after a long day EVERY person can benefit from massage rolling.
Discover for yourself why The Original Stick has been a trusted tool recommended and used by Olympic Teams, Athletic Trainers, Chiropractors and Physical Therapists in their conditioning and rehabilitation programs for years.
Deliberately Flexible Design
Why the Flex?
We specifically designed the core of the Travel Stick to be firm, yet flexible. This allows the stick to contour to your muscles so you can evenly apply your ideal amount of pressure, giving you more effective results.
Don’t fear the flex. While our Massage Sticks are flexible they are extremely durable and snap resistant!
Instant Relief
Before your next workout or after a long day at work, instant muscle relief is readily available.
Compact & Convenient
The 18″ Travel Stick was designed to easily fit in most bags and roll with you anywhere you go!

Over time, without recovery, sore muscles lose their ability to function properly, resulting in additional muscle groups succumbing to soreness and fatigue—or even worse, injury. Tools like The Original Stick (also known simply as The Stick) can help accelerate recovery, improve circulation, and keep muscles functioning at their best.
Whether it is after a long day at work, a hard training session, or a long travel day, muscle recovery is important for the mind and body. Add The Original Stick Massage Roller to your daily workout regime. Just 15 minutes a day can do your muscles wonders!
We’ve been designing and manufacturing The Stick since 1989. Our proprietary spindle design allows the spindles to freely roll across the skin while messaging your muscles. Most other beaded rollers drag across the muscle resulting in an uncomfortable experience.
